EVERSAILS M.I.K.E (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “Us”) acknowledges that the protection and security of your personal data is extremely important and is committed to respect your privacy and to protect your personal data.

Given the collection and processing of personal data, the Company has a strong commitment to their processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Greek data protection laws and any other relevant law and code of conduct for data protection (in hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data Protection Laws – GDPR”).
The EVERSAILS is a boat chartering company located in Greece, with VAT 800631856 with headquarters at Olympus 110, PC 55236, Panorama, Thessaloniki, Greece and is supervised by the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDPX).
2. Data we collect and their use
We collect and process the personal data you provide to us under the following legal bases:
- Legal Interest, as required for the fulfillment of the services provided.
- Legal Obligation, for our compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contractual Obligation, in the context of the transaction between us.
- Your Consent, where required, which you can revoke in the context of your rights which we inform you of bellow.
In any case we inform you about the purposes of processing before the data collection, and all the data we collect are determined by this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Notice.
- We do not process personal data without your consent or without -you- being one of our customers or having a formal commercial cooperation, or without the data disclosed by yourselves.
- We do not collect or process personal data of children under 16 years of age.
- We collect only the personal data that is necessary for the correct and complete provision of the relevant services, such as name, surname, VAT number, Tax Office, telephone, e-mail address etc. We also note that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide to us.
- We collect and maintain your personal data for as long as the laws require in the context of the contractual relationship, we maintain with you.

We do not commercialize, and we do not share your personal data to third parties. We only process personal data in the context of the contents of this Privacy Statement and under the legal requirements we may are obliged to comply with. In particular, in order to provide our services, we may share your personal data with certain third-party companies, who act on our behalf (as data processors) in order to provide the best service to you (such as transport companies, supply companies of communication and marketing services, accounting, consulting and / or auditing companies etc.) The Company ensures the processing of your personal data by the partners-third companies with conventional clauses limiting the purpose of processing and compliance with the technical and organizational measures according to the GDPR for the correct and safe processing of your personal data.
We do not transmit your personal data to third countries and / or outside of the European Union.

We collect and maintain your personal data for as long as it is required by law under the contractual relationship, we have with you.

- Right of correction, (Article 16 GDPR) of inaccurate personal information we have about you.
- Right to delete, (“right to be forgotten”) (Article 17 GDPR) the Member-User account and the information we have about you. It should be noted that the exercise of the right to unsubscribe to an active subscriber implies the inability to continue to provide the services you may have requested.
- Right to restrict, the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR) where possible.
- Right of objection, (Article 21 GDPR) to the processing of your personal data.
- Right of revocation, of your given consent (Article 7 GDPR) i.e., to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on your -already- given consent. The legality of the processing of your data is not affected by the withdrawal of consent until the time at which you requested the revocation.

You have every right to exercise your rights by sending an email to the Company’s Legal department info@eversails.com or by writing to the address (Olympus 110, PC 55236, Panorama, Thessaloniki, Greece). We ask
that your relevant requests to accompanied by the appropriate identification documents of your person, with the explicit reservation of the Company to request the provision of additional information in order to identify and confirm your details.
7. Submission of requests and / or complaints
The EVERSAILS collects and processes personal data in compliance with the provisions of this Statement and the provisions of the applicable legislation. If, despite all this, it is considered that the relevant processing is not legal, you have the right to complain to the competent and independent Personal Data Protection Authority (APDPX).
