A family of 3 decided to leave their everyday jobs and buy a 346 Moody named Selene to sail around the world. 2. SWELL VOYAGE

Californian surfer and environmentalist Liz is the owner and operator of this amazing sailing blog. Liz majored in environmental studies, represented her college team in surfing contests, and after graduating, started working as a member of the crew on various boats. She quickly rose to the position of the skipper of her 40-foot vessel, which she named Swell. She left California in 2006 to pursue her lifelong passion for surfing the world. 

3. GONE WITH THE WYNNS

Another family of 3 decided to not live an ordinary life and just sail across the world. Their sailboat is an S/V Curiosity which is a 2005 Robertson and Caine Leopard 43 Catamaran. Using their blog, social media accounts, and YouTube videos, they share their travels, off-the-grid living techniques, sailing advice, local destinations they visit, and RV travel experiences.

4. SV DELOS

Another group of people that dared to give anything else up to just living their dream of exploring the world on a sailboat and seeing spectacular new places. Brian Trautman and his group have thousands of kilometers of ocean travel behind them and have traveled the entire world. To encourage others to explore and pursue their ambitions, they are filming their sailing adventures. Recent recordings depict their daily activities, including cooking and solitude on board. The crew has changed throughout the years, but Brian and his new daughter and wife are still on board. Other crew members have come and gone, some of whom had just intended to take a brief journey but ended up remaining.

5. TULAS’S ENDLESS SUMMER

It’s so much fun and motivating to follow and keep an eye on this blog. Bill, Sierra, and their dog Jetty are the faces behind this project. They are currently residing and traveling on a sailing catamaran, where they blog about their experiences and upload videos to their Youtube channel.
